Journey to Oaxaca

Intimate and sacred retreats for women ready to move from burnout into belonging.

17.0732° N, 96.7266° W

Oaxaca comes from the Náhuatl word Huayacac, “The Place of the Huaje Tree.” The huaje is a living symbol of abundance, resilience, and connection to the land.

These lands, long cared for by Indigenous communities, continue to be guided by these living traditions.

Here, you are invited to plant new roots. Intentions for a future created with consciousness and care.

Roots for yourself, for your loved ones, for the collective, and for Mother Earth.

We are profoundly grateful to gather with women on these sacred lands.

ELEMENTAL RETREAT

Oaxaca, Mexico • Nov 14–18, 2025 • Intimate group of 6 • $500 deposit to secure your spot

  • Repetitive patterns of burnout, seeking validation and feeling unsafe in your skin can’t be healed with surface-level strategies. It asks for something deeper, something soul-rooted.

During our time together, you begin the journey of exploring ancestral patterns, listening to your body, and redefining how you think about the systems that keep you stuck.

This is where the real work begins.

Wisdom Keepers of Oaxaca

This would not be possible without the open hearted guidance of the teachers, healers, day keepers of Indigenous and Ancestral wisdom. To them, we are deeply grateful.

  • Founder

Oaxaca healed me in ways that meditation, yoga, therapy never could. Ceremony, land, and soul community helped me hear myself again. If you are navigating burnout or a quiet ache of disconnection, I hope Gathering Roots creates safe space and deep roots in a community that is here to help you realize your joy and truth in this life.

Before this, Divya (Div) led teams at a large tech company for 10+ years. It was an honor to learn and be surrounded by incredible people during that time.

You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.

You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.”
